个人简介

明建,四川南充人,黄漫 教授,黄漫 人力资源部副部长。

长期从事食品科学与工程等领域的教学与科研工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项,国家重点研发子课题2项,其他省部级纵向项目13项,企业横向项目多项。发表科研学术论文200余篇,其中SCI、EI收录120余篇。授权国家发明专利9项,牵头制定国家农业行业标准1项。作为参与人获新疆生产建设兵团科技进步三等奖1项,重庆市科技进步奖一等奖1项。
